HIRE CHARGES
Our bright white, flame-retardant PVC clearspan marquees come in four popular sizes, and are ideal for a variety of uses.
 The smaller ones are ideal for providing cover over a bar or buffet, for caterers and for musicians, for example, whilst the 6x10m size will seat 60 people at 15 of our round tables, or provide enough space for 80 at a dance. You can link them together, side-by-side or end-to end, or facing each other around a central open space.
Prices include Delivery to site (free to 40 miles), Erection, one Hire period (week-end or weekday), and Dismantling the following day. Rates for longer periods are negotiable. Discounts on multiple marquees hire are 10% for two, 15% for three.

GROUP PACKAGES:
You may well find it far preferable and cheaper to hire a combination of our small-medium size marquees - 2 or 3 together - than to hire one huge one that swamps the whole garden!
Group tent discounts: 10% for two; 15% discount for three
Examples: Two tents, 13’x32’ + 13’x32’ (832 sqft) = £441 ;
Three tents, 20’x32’ + 13’x32’ + 13’x20’ (1,316 sqft) = £634
You will probably also find the layout options are far more attractive and versatile. We can place them end-to-end, side-to-side, at right angles, or facing each other around a central open space. This uses more space at the garden boundaries, gives more central open space, lets in more light and sunshine and you will probably enjoy the setting more.

Fleet hire of trade stalls for event organisers
We operate a fleet of 3x3m, 3x4.5m and 3x6m Pop-up stalls for trade use at shows, and can deliver anywhere in East Anglia or mainland Britain. Please call us to discuss with your requirements for a precise quote. Hire charges are from £75 + VAT for the 3x3m size PRO unit. Commercial Pop-up stalls for event organisers: For a minimum hiring of 10 stalls we can deliver anywhere in East Anglia or mainland Britain. For smaller numbers please call us to discuss options. HOW TO BOOK YOUR MARQUEE
To place a booking for a marquee and accessories, please contact us by telephone (01493 300721) or email (info@BudgetMarquees.co.uk) to clarify your requirements, and confirm the availability over the period you need. When it is all agreed, we send you a Booking Form for you to complete with your details and return to us with your cheque deposit. When that’s received we respond confirming your booking and receipt of the deposit, enclosing paperwork (Booking confirmation/Invoice) for you to keep.
PAYMENT:
A deposit is required on booking, with full payment required on delivery.
Be sure to book your marquee well in advance to ensure your event gets off to go a good start.
